What Pitch Latvia is
Pitch Latvia is a free TechChill community initiative to collect and rank short pitches for Latvia. That is all: it does not promise any opportunity or result.
Who can take part
Anyone aged 16 or older can take part. One person, one pitch: newer versions replace older ones. Use your real name.
Your pitch
Write in your own words, in good faith, about Latvia. No insults, hate, spam, ads, personal data of others or anything unlawful. Do not include sensitive personal information. Only invite people who would welcome it; at most 3 email invitations a day.
Moderation
Automated checks and people may reject, hide or remove any pitch or vote, without having to explain each decision.
Licence
When you submit, you publish your pitch text under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0): CC BY 4.0. Attribution means your name as shown on the site. You keep your copyright and confirm that you have the right to grant this licence.
Voting fair play
No bots, scripts, multiple accounts or vote trading. We may discount votes or remove pitches that break these rules. Rankings are for fun and come with no prize unless we announce one separately.
Removing your pitch
Email info@techchill.co and we remove your pitch from the site. Copies others already made under CC BY may remain.
Availability
We may change, pause or end the initiative at any time. It is provided “as is”, without warranties.
Liability
To the extent Latvian law allows, TechChill is not liable for indirect loss or content written by others. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.
Changes to these terms
We post each new version with its date. Continued use means you accept it.
Law and disputes
Latvian law applies. Disputes are handled by the courts of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers keep their mandatory rights.
